The inner skin is the form of a firmly closed airtight external wall component. An outer facade extends over the whole height of the building, at an interval in front of this, incorporating demountable element which are accessible by means of passages fitted on front, forming in turn an airtight approach to the intervening space between the skins. This is connected to one or more air intakes and air outlets, and has air conditioned appliances for the air flowing through the space. The access providing elements in the outer wall may be predominantly of glass, with glazed wall sections in the inner wall aligned with them.
