Double-skinned plastic cellular wall elements - of identical vacuum-sealing shell components with airtight seams and partition panels

This is for partitions or lightweight external walls, in conjunction with skeleton frame construction, with good heat and sound insulating qualities, with a variable vacuum between the outer skins, which may be of glazed asbestos cement, hard polyvinyl-chloride, polymethylaerylate or fibreglass-reinforced polyester resin. There are pref. contact stanchions on both element componets, facing each other, with intermediate pads and partition panel between them. The peripheral sealing and intermediate pads may be single or multi-layered, with different materials in layers. Gas with low heat conductivity may be pumped in through a valve. The partition panel and/or one or both outer shells may be translucent, with gas discharge lamps for lighting, and they may be made temporarily opaque by gas discharge, chemical reactions or medium exchange. With auxiliary screws and separately laid attachment superpressure tubes separate exchange of individual shells is possible.
