Mixed junction box for telephone and supply cables - has hood screwing to base and locating over sloping end plates

The mixed junction box, for various electrical units, consists of a rectangular base plate which sits at the bottom of the cable channel in the floor (or e.g. an office) and two inclined end pieces which clip onto the top of the base. The end pieces have lead-through holes for the cables in their sloping faces. A protective hood is screwed to the base by a screw and a long spacer rod. The hood has sloping end faces which are cut away to reveal the sloping faces of the end pieces. All the parts of the junction box are moulded from insulating material. The terminal blocks are screwed to the base.
