A burner (1) is provided with a blower which has a heat exchanger for heating the air. The heat exchanger output (2) is connected to a pressure blower (3) which is connected to the main duct (4) made of flexible material and having a closed end. Secondary pipes (5) parallel to each other lead off from this main duct along the foot of the vine rows (6). At its junction with the main pipe each secondary pipe has a regulating valve (7) controlling the amount of air delivered. The secondary pipes also have air outlet holes, which could be plugged if required. A drive shaft could be arranged on the pressure blower so that it could be driven from a tractor power take-off.
