A spray device for spraying a fluid (e.g. water, ozone, oxygen, or stream) onto a human limb for the therapeutic purposes comprises a number of arcuate arrays of nozzles which can be selectively supplied with fluid via feed pipes and stop valves so that the fluid can be directly onto various parts of the limb as required. Various parts of the limb can be treated without moving the patient. Pref. there are four arrays of nozzles and each comprises a hundred arcuate tubes separated by 2cms gaps and having apertures (forming the nozzles) arranged every 2 cms along the tubes. Pref. twenty stop valves. are provided for each array of nozzles.
