HNR3R4 ; R2 = H, lower alkyl or dialkylaminoalkyl, a heterocycle such as 2-methyl chromone or 4-methyl(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxalane); R3 and R4 = H, lower alkyl, phenyl, alkyl, chromonyl, or phenyl pref. subst. by CF3; n = 0.1,2, or 3, and R1 = an aromatic ring which may be subst. by oen or more halogens or methoxy gps, by CF3 or R1 = COR5 where R5 = amino or dialkylamino, or, when n = O, R5 may be a 2-amino chromone gp) are normolipemics, and some cpds. of formula (I) also have psychosedative, analgesic and cardiovascular activity.
