Both the AND - matrix and the OR matrix are each provided with a switching transistor at each intersection point between a control line and a selection line. The AND matrix and the OR matrix are formed using complementary MOS FETS, the switching transistors and the charge transistors being complementary, and the gate electrodes of the charge transistors in each matrix are controlled via individual lines. Each output of the AND matrix is connected to a corresponding input of the OR matrix via two complementary inverters, the output of one inverter connected to the input of the other. Preferably each inverter uses two complementary transistors.
