Placing and fixing of floor screed forms - uses trussed beam for positioning and as temporary support

The apparatus for placing forms is used first as shuttering and then as screeds when casting concrete floors. It consists of a main support element which is a small metal trus, having on its lower part fixing (3) for attaching the form, and towards the ends, adjustable supports (4) for the correct positioning of the apparatus on the ground. Above each of these supports (4) is a fixed sighting mark (5). The truss has an inverted triangular section with three hollow longitudinal elements, two upper ones and one lower one. The form is fastened to the apparatus which is then put in position, using the two sight-marks in conjunction with two staffs to align it correctly. The height of the apparatus is adjusted. the form is then concreted in place and the apparatus removed.
