The method involves building a support wall (6), and building a facing wall (8) parallel to the support wall. A vertical panel (10) made of a thermally insulating material is arranged between the support wall and the facing wall, where the vertical panel includes a portion made of thermal bridges (10a) projecting above the support wall and having a through opening. A shuttering unit is provided on the facing wall, and ends of beams (14) are placed on the support wall. Formworks are placed on the beams, and a concrete slab (20) is formed on either side of the thermal bridges. An independent claim is also included for a building.
