The audio-visual display has fixed or animated image projection and sound installation. At least one mannequin(8, 9) has at least a part of its face animated by the projection of a cinematographic film onto it, the film being synchronised with the sound and the running of images on a screen(1). The face of the mannequin is incomplete and of a uniform neutral colour, forming the membrane of a loudspeaker contained within the head of the mannequin.
