The holder consists of a sleeve (1) of uniform cross-section (broadly related to the shape of the lighter to be accommodated projecting from (3) a mounting bracket (2). Fixed to the back of the sleeve is a leaf-spring (4) with a lug projecting into the bore of the sleeve and an extension beyond the lug. The bottom end of the sleeve is cut away at the front, to show the contents. the lighter sits on the lug spring extension is pressed.
