New carbamates of 2 - halogenoergolines and 2 - halogenoergolenes, particularly useful as vasodilators, and their method of preparation

Novel carbamates of 2-halogenoergolines and 2-halogenoergolenes of the general formula IMAGE are obtained from compounds of the general formula IMAGE RA, R and x y are defined in Claim 1. The non-halogenated compounds are subjected to halogenation with a compound selected from N-halogenoacylamides, chlorobenzotriazole and the like in an aprotic solvent. The reaction temperature is between -10 DEG and + 150 DEG , and the reaction product is isolated and purified by the known chemical methods. The novel compounds show interesting pharmacological properties at extremely low dosages.
