The fan (3) is driven by a motor (4) which is itself located in an inlet air duct (1). The duct is placed in the roof of the stable building. The airflow (2) is through the fan and the air is deflected sideways (2') by means of the deflector plate (6e so that the air is discharged into the building horizontally. Air from inside the building is aspired through a cone (7) and deflected by the underside of the deflector plate (6). The two air flows (2') and (8') are then allowed to mix at the discharge of the fan.
