The trolley type device consists of a rectangular shaped framework (11) on the sides of which is hinged a part (6) to support the luggage and having two small wheels (7). There is a stop to limit the tilting of the support to a position at right angles to the frame. The support can be adjusted to at least two positions. The wheels are mounted on the free ends of the support piece. The frame is adjustable for length by clamping pieces (20) which allow the sides to slide relative to each other. An adjustable handle (34) and elastic strap (32) are also provided.
