Composite tear and fire resistant non woven fabrics - impregnated and coated with flexible fire retardant resins

Composite non-woven fabrics incorporate stitching on one or both faces and are impregnated with a flexible, fire resistant resin. They are used for mfr. of sheet materials or panels for covering walls, floors, ceilings, etc. typically at grammages of 100-700 g/m2. The composite sheet can be thick, soft to touch, can offer some thermal and acoustic insulation and be resistant to damp, fire or dirt. The structure is tear resistant, with strengths of the order of 200-1400 kg/5 cm width.
