The system records the separates and total quantities of batch-weighed and/or measured solids and/or liquids in a mixture, being partic. for the preparation of a building material mixture to which hydraulic or bituminous binder is added. The separate metering times and the total time for adding the ingredients is indicated on the ordinate to the side of the moving recording strip. A storage vessel is coupled to each measuring passage inlet of a multi-channel recorder, accommodating the appropriate value to be measured, simultaneously deducting this stored value from the measuring passage inlet value. A recording compensator registers completion of measurement in the direction of the abscissa, and returns it to zero, i.e. to the ordinate.
