For simplifying the apparatus and improving the proportioning accuracy, the function of the binding-agent pump (7) remains limited essentially to one feed element which is adjustable in its capacity and can be used for presetting. The feed capacity is determined by means of a flow-measuring device (15) and is the controlled variable for the pump speed. Arranged downstream of the binding-agent pump (7) on the pressure-side in the line (9, 16) leading to the delivery point (17) is a heated proportioning aggregate (10) which is designed as a block construction and contains, in order of enumeration, a filter (12), a two-way pipe switch (13) with branching circulation line (14) as well as the flow-measuring device (15). The controller (28) of the pump (7) is connected to the continuous balance (2) for the solids (3), quantity-presetting devices (20, 24) and a plus/minus controller (27) being interposed. IMAGE
