Unaided transfer system for incapacitated person - has seat moved from bed to wheelchair by swivel arm

The bed system for incapacitated persons facilitates unaided transfer of the person from bed to wheelchair and back to bed. All these operations are carried out by the person who is not able to walk. The arrangement with the bed has a seat (32) whose level is adjustable. A swivelling arm (29) brings the seat (32) optionally into a position over the bed or outside the bed region. The arm support column (19) is held on the bed frame (1). The floor (18) mounted column (19) rotates about the vertical axis (22). The swivelling arm can also support a draining basin and water supply taps.
