Wall element prefabrication palette formwork - has various side form finishes fitted between head and base forms

The paletted formwork is for industrialised production of concrete wall elements on a grid system, permitting varying formats with differently arranged openings and corner and edge configurations, and applicable to both negative and positive prefabrication processes. The base form finish (2) is attached to a bench panel (11) of the palette (2), so that it can be swivelled and firmly clamped. There is a head form finish (3), parallel to the base, which can be displaced and fixed on the bench panel. Demountable side form finishes (5, 18) are fixed at right angles to these, between them or on them, with auxiliary profile units (6, 7, 8). The whole is assembled so that in one arrangement the formwork can be used for positive fabrication and in another for negative fabrication.
