Mixture of 23-59% polyurethane (polytetramethylene etherglycol + toluydiisocyanate); 15-55% epoxy resin (resin based on bisphenol-A + epichlorohydrin); 16-22% crosslinking agent based on 4,4'-methylene-bis-(2-chloroaniline), is processed by heating to 100 degrees C, casting into pre-heated mould, and curing at 140 degrees C for at least 5 hrs.
