Each support insulator is mounted in a base frame, consisting of laterally open U-shaped supports, by means of a rotary bearing with a bearing bush and journal. At the open side of the U-shaped support (14) prismatic recesses (17) are provided in the two edges (15, 16), in which a bolt (18) is pressed. The bearing journal (24) of the rotary bearing is formed in one piece with the bolt. - Preferably the bolt has threaded bores (19, 20) for screws (21, 22), abutting the support (14) and pulling the bolt into the recesses. The bolt has a shoulder on the end facing the support insulator, which is suitable for the rotary bearing tight fit.
