Forked valve pusher with cam roller - has wall sections converging from fork to ball cup and integral with cylindrical slide face

The pusher is intended for operating combustion engine valves or fuel injectors and has a cylindrical slide face. A forked end (10,11) is provided for a pin carrying a cam roller, and a ball cup (13) at the other end. Each fork end (11) extends into a wall section (12) which sections converge from the fork end towards the ball cup. - At the narrower end, the wall sections are integral with the cylindrical slide face. The two wall sections may be connected by a transverse web. The cylindrical slide face may be divided into two partial faces on diametrically opposite sides. An oil collection and scraper ring (16) may be arranged between the pin bearings (10) and the slide faces, with bores (17) for oil supply to the roller.
