The DC chopper amplifier has an AC differential amplifier (5) comparing part of its rectified output with its AC input and also adding a further part of this output to the DC input (which is switched or chopped through to its AC input terminal). This feedback path (7) is connected to the RC circuit (4) at the input of the amplifier (ie after the two chopper switches). The RC circuit's resistor (13) is connected across the differential amplifier's two inputs. The feedback path is also switched through to the input of the RC circuit.
