The valve is for the control of fluid flows from a high pressure source to outlets. It has a cylindrical slide axially movable in a hollow in a valve housing. The slide and the housing have fluid passages, which are open or closed or in an intermediate position dependent upon the relative position between slide and housing. Seals with sealing rings prevent a fluid escape along cylindrical guide surfaces of slide and housing. The slide has an internal space, from which radial bores extend to the apertures in the cylindrical slide surface. The radial bores are container in two or more groups. The groups are at a distance to each other in an axial direction of the valve. At least one of the groups is in constant connection with the high pressure fluid source.
