Double-wire twisting machine having a yarn collector and an overflow plate defining a rotary plane for the yarn is provided with finishing agent dispenser. This dispenser is formed by a verticaly upstanding wick whose tip is located in the rotary plane. Fluff deposition is prevented in an inexpensive manner.
