The Posture improving belt comprises a housing open towards the body with the front half fixing over the stomach on the inside is a swivel arm (2) which is placed in a operating position by a traction device in turn actuated by the stomach protruding when the body is not held correctly. The swivel arm (2) has a needle tip (5) coupled to its end which pivots out against the skin. When the stomach is drawn in and correct posture maintained a spring (10) forces the arm (2) back inside the housing.
