Double layer greenhouse roof - has insulated compartments closed one end, formed by cross walls

A greenhouse roof has a fixed undersection and a movable top roof section, both of which have an outer glass roof and an underneath cover of translucent or transparent material, esp. plastics. Thermally insulated compartments are formed between the glass roof surface and the inner cover. A cross-wall acts as a pivoting flap. The edge of the roof supports a gutter and the flap extends to the inner side, up to a stop bolt. The other end of one insulated compartment is closed by a purlin underneath which is a cross-wall flap. The bottom end of the inner cover of the top roof section rests on one side of an angle forming, together with a lengthwise support, a cross-wall for the insulated compartment. Channels act as spacers fixed on one side to the glass roof surface, and on the other side support the inner cover.
