Heald shaft arrangement for the simultaneous production of two fabric webs

The loom shafts are arranged so that the heald eyelets for the warps of one fabric are displaced vertically from the heald eyelets for the other fabric warps in the loom. The same healds and their eyelets are used for both fabrics, together with units for drawing in the warps. The healds are attached to loom shafts which are vertically displaced and secured to each other by a detachable mounting so that they operate together. All the warps can be drawn into the healds using conventional units, where the shafts can be disconnected from each other and easily assembled after the warps, have been drawn in.
