The bruising mill is used for grinding up grain. The mill consists of a housing (1) with a sieve (2) fitted inside at a fixed distance from the housing walls. Inside the sieve area the crushing tool (5) is fitted on a shaft (3) driven by an electric motor. The material is fed into the mill via a hopper (6) to which the adjustable metering tube (8) is attached. The end of this tube reaches into the grinding chamber (10) and its lower end (11) is provided with a shoulder. In front of the stepped end (11) of the dosing tube a baffle strip (12) is fitted. The crushing tool (5) has edge strips (13) bent at a right angle with flat surfaces perpendicular to the direction of material flow. The external surface (14) of the crushing tool and the shouldered end (11) of the dosing tube have a clearance gap (15) which is adjustable by sliding the dosing tube (8) in the sleeve (9) using the lever (7).
