Topical antiinflammatory 1,2,4-triazine derivs - 3-chloro-5,6-bis (4-substd phenyl)-1,2,4-triazines

New triazine derivs. of formula (I), and, when they are basic, their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addn. salts, (R2 and R3 are each halo, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy or di(1-3C alkyl)amino), are prepd. by corresp. 3-hydroxy cpds. by halogenation. (I) are topical antiinflammatories.
