The Orthopaedic foot support for massage therapy comprises a sole use for, or in conjunction with footwear especially sandals whereby at least the underneath of the sole (10) is only slightly flexible and made from wood, hard rubber or plastic with a shore hardness of 60-95. the upper side of the sole has a number of blind holes (20) open to the outside, distributed uniformly over the whole surface. A number of massage buttons (22) with a shore hardness of 45-75 can be interchangeably fixed into the holes in patterns corresponding to the reflex zones of the sole of the foot. Pref. the base of the buttons are equipped with one or more studs snapping into the holes in the sole.
