Computer programming unit combined with input module - includes coder and decoder with main memory for program and auxiliary memory for instruction codes

The programming unit is built up in conjunction with a computer and an input unit. The programmer (20) is coupled to a coder circuit (36) which receives input from leads transferring data-words (A, B, C, D) subject to a "LOAD" operating code. The program operates on the data-words during a "RUN" cycle instruction. Results of the program pass through a decoder (39, 37, 52, 54) which is connected with the output (51, 53) of a memory unit (42, 46). The memory includes a main store (46) with a series of storage cells (Z1, Z2, . . . ZN) followed by two output cells (K1, K2). An auxiliary input/output store deals with a number of control words (E, H, N, S, O) to initiate various operating sequences.
