Equipment has first data units with graphic details, each relating to a selected subject and comprising a written text with illustrations cross-referenced with each other. Each illustration comprises a main one with a number of auxiliary ones in sequence. Second data units give verbal descriptions in alphabetical order for a number of selected subjects and reproduce the main illustrations. Third units form a graphic index, with reproductions from the first units alongside a list of selected information types related to the subject concerned.
