Anti-dehydration treatment - for plants and parts of plants during transport and storage

Dehydrations of seedlings, plants, forestry shock etc. during transport had storage, is controlled by soaking the plant etc. in a 0.1-8% soltn. of an extracellular bacterial polysaccharide, pref. derived from the Pseudomonacae genus Xanthomonas. Wetting agents, pesticides, fertilisers, hormones etc. may be added to the solution.
