Questionnaire filing folder with electronic data processing of indicator markings has the individual questionnaires combined into questionnaire groupings which are shortened in a stage manner from top to bottom and from outside towards the interior by the width of a vertical row marked with indicator lines. Inside the questionnaire folder an equal number of indicator markings are arranged behind each other under each grouping. The indicator markings are printed alternately in different colours under each questionnaire grouping with always the first indicator marking of each grouping being printed in the same colour.
