7-Bromoquinoxal(6)yl-(thiono)-(thiol)-phosphoric acid esters and ester-amides of the formula IN WHICH R is alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms or dialkylamino with 1 to 3 carbon atoms per alkyl moiety, R' is alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkylmercapto with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or dialkylamino with 1 to 3 carbon atoms per alkyl moiety, and X is oxygen or sulfur, WHICH POSSESS INSECTICIDAL AND ACARICIDAL PROPERTIES.
