Two wheel drive vehicle PTO - with one wheel mounted on rollers having pulley and other wheel locked

The apparatus which allows power to be taken from a vehicle transmission without the vehicle moving consists of a pedestal (a) with two rollers (b) which turn on it. One of these rollers carries a pulley gear, or similar device (c) which can be used as a power source. The vehicle rear wheels are placed with one (e) on the rollers and the other (f) remains on the ground, blocked from moving by a locking device (d). The rollers can be of any material, made to avoid slip and loss of power. The apparatus is for use with two wheeled drive vehicles.
