Multifunction liq. mixer tap - has part spherical hub with transverse bore rotatable in cylindrical chamber

The mixer tap has a handle which rotates a part spherical hub in a cylindrical chamber and the hub has a transverse passage formed of a narrow cylindrical section joined to an expanding concial section. At the junction of the two sections, another cylindrical bore connects the transverse passage to cylindrical chamber. Entry ports on axes at right angles lead to corresponding discharge ports. Seals fitted at three of the ports ensure no leakage when the tap is turned so that the port is not aligned with the passage. One discharge port is not fitted with seals and is always incommunication with the bottom of the chamber via an orifice.
