The two rigid pieces forming the building-section are made preferably, of steel. The flat ridges are parallel to the flat grooves which are joined together by sloping sidepieces. The grooves of the two pieces can be slanting or right-angled. The grooves of at least one of the pieces are parallel to the supporting direction. Pipes and cables can be passed through the grooves. The flat outer surfaces of the pieces can be used for fixing on ceilings or floors. Flooring panels are placed resilient studs on which is placed a sound-proof layer. The bottom of the flooring can consist of prefabricated plaster sheets and insulating sheets fixed onto a secondary framework which in turn rests on the flat parts of the piece.
