The equipment is for the treatment of club feet, having tilting soles, the interval between which is adjustable, for straightening and constricting malformed feet. the soles (10) pivot at the centre, in the tarsal-metatarsal joint area, and each has a rear section (11) for securing to the inner and outer surfaces of the leg, and a front one (12) to secure the forward part of the foot in place and stationary. By progressive modification of the angle between the two parts the lesions in the forward part of the foot are reduced at the same time as it is straightened. the device may be locked at various angular position.
