Fertiliser compsn. which also corrects the pH of alkaline soils consists of potassium metabisulphite, (10g.) phosphoric acid (1 ml.) ammonium nitrate (0.9g/ and H2O (200ml) (bracketed figures are pref. compsn.). The pref. compsn. when diluted with 100 1, H2O can be used to spray 1,000 m2 effectively.
