The coffee maker is designed to obtain the cold mixing of ground coffee with water before the infusion phase thus retaining the coffee aroma. It comprise a vessel (gg) with a hot plate base (M) and a cover (dd). The vessel houses a flanged hood (hh) contg filter elements (JJ and LL). A vertical tube (ff) with externally threaded ends traverses both the hood (hh) and the cover (dd) to form the outlet for infused coffee. The hood is held down by diametric lugs (ii) and the lid by tension in the tube (ff). Raw coffee is placed between the filters in cell (kk) and the unit assembled with the grindings immersed in cold water.
