The mould member 1 may be tapered, or define a bell end for moulding a pipe, and is in one piece or divided. In use, the lining 10 is inserted into the mould member 1 while inflated by pressurized air, and is attached at its one end by a clip 12. Pallets 4 and 6 close the mould member ends using clips 8 and 9. A concrete pipe is moulded centrifugally, with the mould, member axis horizontal or vertical, and the axis is then placed vertically for stripping. While the upper pallet 4 is held stationary, the mould member 1 is lifted to peel away the lining 10 from the green pipe, aided by lubrication between the lining and member 1.
