The home trainer comprises a separate frame which supports the rear of a standard bicycle. It can be removed and dismantled for storage. The rear wheel of the cycle rests on two rollers (4, 5) fitted in a U shaped channel (1). These rollers are adjustable for distance apart and can be provided with a band brake to vary the pedalling resistance. The U channel is fixed to a base (6, 7) projecting each side. At the extremities of this base are arms (2), converging upwards and forwards to meet at saddle height. A clip (8) is used to clamp the arms around the saddle tube (9).
