The window moving frame accommodates locking rods in guide sleeves. The locking rods engage in closed position with the matching slotted sleeves on the fixed frame. This window can be fitted to rotate about any frame side. The window is locked over whole length of the frame side member. This prevents any frame distortion and the locking system engages without difficulties in adjustment. All four frame members have locking rods (31) in the guide sleeves (27). The fixed frame (10) has slotted sleeves (29). The locking rods engage with the slotted sleeves aligned with moving frame sleeves. The rods which are stepped can be adjusted so that they will form hinges about any of the four sides.
