Automatic raw material proportioning plant - for cement manufacture

The automatic proportioning of raw material feed for cement production is effected by means of an installation including a sampling device behind the air current rolling mill, which takes continuous samples from the flue gas pipe. From the sampling device the sample is transferred via a pipe line to a separator, which feeds samples into a analyser which controls moving belt scales, for proportioning out the various raw material fractions required. The installation ensures the production of a uniform product by completely automatic methods.
