Laser therapy endoscope for tissue coagulation - having adjustable beam deflector in laser beam path to sweep area

The endoscope has an adjustable beam deflector (1) arranged in the laser beam path (4, 5) with which the laser beam, which passes along the endoscope shaft space, can sweep over an area within the field of vision of the scanning optics (3). Pref. the laser beam is reflected by an adjustable deflecting mirror (1) in the beam path of the scanning optic whose diameter is less than that of the optic. A focusser (6) is arranged in the laser beam in front of the mirror to displace the focussing plane in the direction of the optical axis of the scanning optic. A filter (8) is arranged between the mirror and the eyepiece (2) which is not permeable by laser wavelength rays.
