Brick wall prefabricating method - allows brick and frames to be placed in position on elastic base before casting spaces in with mortar to form clean brick work

The building component construction method enables a wall of bricks and mortar to be prefabricated. The bricks are placed on a horizontal surface according to a chosen pattern. The spaces between the bricks are then cast over without them requiring any positioning or holding appliance. The casing is carried out so that clean brickwork is created on one side of the wall without further working. The forming pallet (1) has its supporting part covered by an elastic course (8). The upper side of the latter (8) consists of a stratum of moisture-absorbant material. The bricks are laid upon the elastic layer (9) as desired.
