The wall (1) has a base joist (2) made of concrete and comprising a reinforcement unit. A brickwork (7) made of rest-position arranged bricks (6) is formed on the base joist. The base joist is arranged as a stiffener element of the wall over the whole length and width of the brickwork underside. The reinforcement unit is partially enclosed by the base joist. A vertical wall surface extending along a longitudinal direction of the wall comprises a damming unit, where the damming unit is designed as a plate and/or a blank. An independent claim is also included for a method for construction of a mobile wall for a prefabricated house.
