Mechanism for converting wind and solar energy - has reflectors bimetallically sun directed and reciprocating wind vanes with solar cells

The mechanism comprises rotating elements to produce wind energy whilst at the same time converting solar energy into electrical energy and heat. It includes a number of annular reflectors forming an annular furnace suspended from a vertical column and provided with bi-metallic spirals moving the furnace against springs so as to follow the apparent motion of the sun. There are asymmetric wind vanes covered with solar cells and provided with a pendulum element causing the blade to reciprocate on a vertical shaft through 90 deg., its rotation being limited by a stop.
